Ingersoll Middle School is proud to announce Emily Standard as the November recipient of the Steven R. Nagel Distinguished Student of the Month Award.
Emily, and eighth graders, was nominated for this award for the positive characteristics she has displayed while at Ingersoll. One of Ingersoll’s staff members said, “As a student, Emily always tries her best and is very conscientious about the work that she is completing. . . As a (Student) council member, Emily is dependable, honest, and caring. She always does what she says she is going to do.” At Ingersoll, Emily is an honor roll student involved in band, softball, basketball, track and Student Council, where she serves as the Spirit Pride Chairperson on the executive board. When not in school, Emily stays active by participating in AYB basketball, traveling softball, and CCD at St. Mary’s Church.
