Ingersoll Middle School is proud to announce Courtney Hand as the September recipient of the Steven R. Nagel Distinguished Student of the Month Award.   Courtney, an eighth grader, was nominated for this award for the positive characteristics she has displayed while at Ingersoll. Courtney's teachers said, "She has maintained a high level of leadership and involvement while still achieving strong academic grades at an enriched level."   At Ingersoll, Courtney is involved in band, chorus, volleyball, softball, and Student Council. When not in school, Courtney is involved in dance at the Dance Connection in Bartonville.
