Some of our plans for students this year include many educational units where connections are made across the curriculum. Some of these units include Illinois History, various countries and regions of the world, and decades.
To encourage cooperation and team spirit, the entire seventh grade participates in a friendly competition of kickball in the spring, which includes a tournament with a traveling trophy awarded to the winning TAP class.
At Christmas time each TAP class collects small gifts for local Head Start preschool students as our community service project.
