Lincoln Parents are always welcome at our school. We have many parents that volunteer to help in the classrooms.
L.S.S.
Lincoln School Supporters are a valuable part of our school. L.S.S meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 at the school and all Lincoln parents and friends are invited.
L.S.S. holds two fund raisers each year, one in the Fall and
one in the Spring. The money from these events goes toward special school
projects and activities. Some of the events that are funded by L.S.S. are
the Christmas Tea, Ice Cream Social, V.I.P. Day and Lincoln Day. In Oct. 2000
the High School Building Trades class built a pavilion on the north side of
the school property. In 2001, L.S.S. purchased classroom equipment for all the
rooms and in 2002 they bought the students a beautiful bird aviary. In 2005 and 2006 LSS purchased new playground equipment.
The L.S.S. also organizes the collection of Campbell Soup Labels, Box Tops for Education and empty toner and ink cartridges and will gladly accept these from community members.
