Q: What is Freshman Academy?
A. The Freshman Academy (FA) is an interdisciplinary teaching team comprised of English, Math, Science, PE/health and Special Education teachers.
Q. Teaching teams are?
A. All freshmen are assigned to a team (gold or purple) of academy staff whose mission it is to create a positive student-centered environment. Collaboration among teachers, staff, and parents will ensure that each student is given the best possible freshman experience.
Q. Will my student still be able to take electives?
A. Yes
Q. Will my student still be able to take Honor classes?
A. Yes
Q. Will my student be able to take Band and Chorus?
